I’m Paula Moreira, and…
I was born in Portugal on 07/01/1976, near Lisbon,
I’ve always loved techno and when I was 20, when I went to parties, my favorite DJs were Ze MigL, A.Paul, Jesus del Campo, and Jeff Mills, among others.
I had never thought about being a DJ in my entire life.
In May 2020, I installed an App on my phone to produce Techno tracks and what started as a joke quickly caught on and started sharing on my Facebook page.
When I turned my birthday in July, some friends who had only known me for 3 months and online offered me a controller.
I started trying to learn with the help of videos on Youtube and some tips from some DJ friends.
In November I created my own Facebook group, ‘Portugal Techno Followers’.
At the end of the year I was invited by the 1st radio, I’m your DJ from Uk to enter an online event in January with about 60 DJ’s. I was overjoyed at the invitation. Also in December I received another invitation, this time from Techno Connection also from the UK, where I was a Resident Dj, with a weekly show for about 3 months.
I’m currently a resident DJ at The Session Worldwide Radio in the USA, and a Guest at Radio Loops in Turkey.
I’ve also been on radio Blitz in Russia, twice on Rádio Fnoob, on Tanira Recordings, Electrowebradio (fr), and on Divan Show at Brasil.
I’m loving this musical adventure of mine, and I try every day to learn and evolve a little more.
