Mauro Gomes Maurox, mais conhecido com Dj M.Rox, nasceu em Lisboa, cujas origens maternais são africanas e paternais holandesas, um afro-europeu que reside atualmente no Algarve.
Começou o seu trajeto aos 16 anos, influenciado por dois nomes gigantes do panorama mundial da música electrónica, Carl Cox e Jeff Mills.
Os seus set’s pautam-se pelo tech house, techno e techno tribal. As suas produções possuem um registo muito próprio, o denominado Kutech, um estilo
que congrega ritmos africanos com bases ritmicas de techno.
M.Rox é sempre um regalo para os nossos ouvidos atendendo à forma como facilmente nos leva a viajar pelos seus sets, já não falando na força debitada de forma intensa nas batidas e no groove das influências africanas transmitidas no seu som.
M.Rox, é um Dj multifacetado, podemos encontrá-lo num Sunset com um registo mais chill and deep, ou então numa noite ou até um after num registo mais underground em que o seu Techno se transforma e nos transporta para outra dimensão através dos seus beats puros e duros de Techno Tribal ou até mesmo Techno Underground. O ADN da velha guarda do Techno, renasce com o M. Rox.

Mauro Gomes Maurox, better known as Dj M.Rox, was born in Lisbon, whose maternal origins are African and Dutch paternal, an Afro-European who currently resides in the Algarve.
He began his journey at age 16, influenced by two giants in the world of electronic music, Carl Cox and Jeff Mills.
Their sets are guided by tech house, techno and tribal techno. His productions have a very unique record, called Kutech, a style
that brings together African rhythms with rhythmic techno bases.
M.Rox is always a treat for our ears given the way he easily takes us to travel through his sets, not talking about the strength debited in an intense way in the beats and groove of the African influences transmitted in his sound.
M.Rox is a multifaceted DJ, we can find him in a Sunset with a more chill and deep register, or in a night or even an after in a more underground register in which his Techno transforms and transports us to another dimension through the its pure hard beats from Techno Tribal or even Techno Underground. The DNA of the old school Techno, is reborn with M. Rox.
